MEDFORD—A new Asian cuisine restaurant has opened at The Village of Taunton Forge as the shopping center’s revitalization continues at the intersection of Taunton Boulevard and Tuckerton Road in Medford Township.
U Sushi Asian Cuisine, co-owned by Miga Liu and husband, Chance Jiang, opened at 200 Tuckerton Road on April 5, the newest tenant of The Village of Taunton Forge.
The restaurant, offering both indoor dining and takeout, has a plethora of sushi options to choose from, including some 30 Special Rolls. And that doesn’t include 28 Classic Roll options on the eight-page menu.
